A place in Seattle had a guy named Rocky (who spoke no English). You had to persuade him, but his job was to follow you out in the rain and mud and remove a door trim on an Audi - you weren't supposed to do it yourself.

A place in Spokane showed a vintage BMW in inventory with a drivetrain. We went over to get the manual transmission, and wandered around looking for it. Finally got a guy in the office to search the records, and they had crushed it two weeks earlier. ??
