XEMODEX can repair yours for $549. Maybe someone can answer as to whether there is anyone that can reprogram used one. The CEM is one tht holds so many unique IDs for keys and such and those are in the Volvo database for programming new CEMs but VIDA does not allow used unit reprogram for that module.
Xemodex did offer clone service for some used modules but I do not see that for P1 CEM. Ask them to see. xemodex.com
