Yes, the difference is in the CV not in the axle shaft. You can also swap whole axles between NA and turbo cars, but not recommended to put the smaller NA CV axle in a turbo.

You can measure the diameter of the CV while it is in the car, that way you can figure out if it is turbo or NA axle.

The saga continues but is over as well.
My passenger side axle was the correct axle..
So is it a big deal to have a turbo axle on one side and a non-turbo axle on the other side?
I drove it like that for 10 years never knew. But now that I have to go get it aligned, I'm curious if it's going to be an issue.
As I never aligned it in the years I owned it.

Not an issue at all to have the axles "mismatched" like that. You're good to go!

A proper alignment on these cars is what's called a 4-wheel alignment. They align the back first, then the front accounting for the thrust angle. On the other hand fewer and fewer shops know how to align the rear at all, much less do it right. A front wheel job may suffice but hopefully they will at least check the rear. The rear is only adjustable for toe.
