Your PCV system is clogged thus the glove inflating.
What is the mileage (miles or km) in your S60?
2004 V70 2.5T 100K+
2005 XC90 2.5T 110K+

It is a fail. That is negative crankcase ventilation, it should be positive crankcase ventilation.

It's been I while since last update.

There were an issue with PCV. I redone the whole system again and also changed PCV hoses near turbo - now it works like a charm.
Thank you @vtl and @abscate.

Unfortunately, oil leak near turbo is from head gasket. It was confirmed by two workshops. Leakage is not a big one and I need to choose between:
- leave it like it is and repair head gasket (and the engine) in the future
- replace head gasket
- change the engine

I am taking into consideration to replace head gasket by myself after winter.
Car is locked in the garage, for now.
