Rear door stuck

Post by Nico99 »

Hi
I'm having an issue with the lock on my rear driver's side door
The interior lock is stuck on the closed position. I tried to disassemble the door panel but I can't reach the lower t 20 screw. Is there any way to take off the seat ?

Thanks
Nico

The rear seat is just clipped to the floor. One of the wires that forms the seat frame is slipped into a catch on the floor and at the front edge of the seat. There are two, on on each side. Push the front of the rear seat toward the rear of the car and lift up.

You might need to push pretty hard to compress the seat enough to get it loose from the floor. Get aggressive with it. This can be a young man's task.

Thanks for the advise Rick it was really easy to remove
I could unscrew the last t20 and now the problem resides in whats going on with the lock. The solenoid seems to work just fine but theres something else that keeps it halfway
