Edit:
By “cold” I mean you’ve just started it up after the engine has completely cooled down to ambient temps & ecu tells the engine to “high idle” warming the cat, etc. this is the time a knock will be very audible.
Yours doesn’t sound bad to me.
I was just saying that after the idle has come down to baseline the knock doesn’t get picked up very well on camera.
I fixed it & edited my last 2 posts.

In 5-cylinder Volvo engine its valve cover holds camshafts in place, unlike in other engines where valve cover just seals top of the engine.
Noise is pretty normal. It can be lowered with the thicker oil. I run it on Red Line 10w40 for couple of years, engine has 220/352 mi/km.

Yeah. I failed to take the oil dipstick tube out, so had to drop the pan with that tube still attached - a royal PIA.
For the passenger side bolts you may need to unbolt the right engine pad and jack engine up a bit, or be creative with the tools. I managed to do it with just the tools. Otherwise pretty much a straightforward job. Just a zillion of small bolts.
I also had the oil cooler and its hoses replaced along the way. Long live five cylinders!
