I suppose using these set of 205/65R15 94V 6.5Jx15 ET43 5x108 2.2 / 2.1 tires will help to lift the car higher up from the ground, right?

Do not use tires to increase ride height for the S80, tires might rub especially if the springs are already low. There will be a slight difference in the various factory recommended tires sizes as the tires go up in size and sometimes down. Use this calculator to compare height and width of tires.

Look inside the fuel door and door jams for the tire size for that car.
