Quite a few Internet parts stores - and especially Ebay, are full of wrong descriptions, bad information and confusion. There is no such thing as 'loaded' for a Volvo spring-strut assembly. On some cars, some suspension bushings have to be 'preloaded' prior to tightening down that part. While there, worth testing the PCV
