Get working on those bolts. After 20 years of Boston, they will be Charlie Foxtrot Stuck

On reflection, I think I would Dremel them off at first sign of problem. Nuts are on bottom, and bolts on top. Replace all of these, of course, with Hardware from Lowes real hardware from Volvo.

$40 of Volvo hardware Nirvana.

Replaced my control arms because it's the only thing I haven't touched on the suspension at this point and I burnt the boot last weekend with the torch.

Replaced front rotors and pads with FCP lifetime warranty because my friend and I messed up and put the pads in backwards and messed those up too.

Also replaced one rear inner trailing arm bushing which apparently was totally disintegrated. It was a bit of a pain.

Also curious how that happened! My cousin in FL had the brake pads put on backwards on his CTS once a few years back... the DEALER did it! Fortunately he does his own work now.

Honestly it was just rushing after doing my entire suspension and anxious to test it out. I decided to replace the knuckle on that side (the one I had drilled into) and so I had taken everything apart and yeah just I super dumb mistake. So glad I ordered the brakes from FCP.

Did both my inner trailing arm bushings- one looked like this, so I'm glad I did these! At the alignment shop now, excited to have all of this done

Replaced the Front Brake pads and Rotors on my '99 GLT
I went with Textar again, Since Powerstop dropped the ball and sent the wrong pads.
I really wanted to see If the powerstop pads kick out less dust...
