1999 v70 - Check Engine Light - Car Computer Cannot Be Read

Update: I've checked all fuses again just to make sure. I pulled a few OBDII plugs from 99 v70s at local junkyards, and still nothing. The code reader is getting power, but the data link cannot be established.

I've tried 4 different code readers, three different OBDII plugs/pigtail wires in the center console. Nothing.

Could it be the ECU itself in the engine compartment? Or am I possibly looking at a full wiring harness replacement?

You checked everything except what i told you to do.
Again.....K-Line goes through immobiliser module(immo ecu)
Could be immobiliser fault...or k-line from immo ecu to engine ecu.
