S40 2005 pls help

For some odd reason my blinkers and windshield wipers won’t turn off. Also my speedometer isn’t working? Can anyone help me on how to fix it. My local shop won’t look at it because they don’t do Volvo’s?

Could you fixed it? I have the same problem, my winnshield wiper goes creazy, the speedometer, indicator fuel aren't working, i can't active alarm
