How to tell if Timing Belt Service had ever been done ? Topic is solved

I seen to see some leak where it points in this picture. Can you take a second look ? That could be a leak from the cam seals, or even from the water pump - the pump is the gear right above where it appears to be wet. The pump has a hole to it, see if anything leaks

Found out what that was... turns out the CV Axel Boot has a tear and it sprayed grease all over the area. Lucky I saw this in time to fix it before it gets bigger and dirt gets in there and ruins it.
