89 240 injector problems

I replaced the injectors w/ ones from a turbo 240 that I got from the bone yard to see if i could get a little more ponys. It would not start. I checked the plugs and they were wet. installed old injectors and still a no start condition. i replaced the fuel regulator as the cylinders were getting washed down w/ fuel. Good spark and plenty of crank power. Getting 12V to one side of injector and 5-6 ohms on other side.

You should have way higher resistance, with only 5 ohms the injectors will stay on all the time.

I tryed a differant ecm and it ran for 30 sec. had to shut it down the block was full of fuel. w/ test ecm the pump relay won,t come on. Still on start. Does any one know where to get a schematic.

Is it a schematic of the engine computer control you need?

I needed the pin outs for an 89 and 90 240. As it turned out my wife found an awesome web sight called eautorepair.com and for 10$ per car THE complete car you have 8 days to download and print everything. Sooo.
I turns out a bought a bum ecm from the bone yard. replaced it and all is well. PS. turbo injectors for a 240-740 have 2.0-2.5 ohms and none turbo have 15.9 -16.2 ohms. all turbo are green and none are yellow.
