98 V70 AWD Fuel Injector Question

Post by rmmagow »

Today when I started my car after work (about 36 degrees or so) I got an ever so slight whiff of gasoline smell through the car's air vents. Went away very quickly. I am at 215K miles. Should I just go ahead and change all the rubber O-rings on the injectors? 2 each right? One in the rail, one at the business end. The injector tips, nothing should move near there is that correct? I'll check the fuel lines where they attach to the rail and stuff but it still looks dry and with the engine running, hood up I don't smell gas at all. As far as I know the O-rings are original or at least 100K old. Fuel filter is newish and no CEL, all systems "ready"
