Whining turbo...
Well, I'm not exactly sure, but since you say oil is dripping from your tailpipe, I don't think your catalytic converter is going to like the oil that's being blown through it. You may ruin your cat(s) if you're not careful. You'll want to get the o2 sensor replaced, because unburned fuel entering the cat is just as bad. White smoke is usually caused by water and or antifreeze entering the cylinder, and the engine trying to burn it with the fuel. The white smoke is steam. If you're getting white smoke, you really need to check your oil to be sure there isn't water in there. If there is water, you will see a white sludge kind of stuff all over the stick. Is the car smoking all of the time, or just when you start it up? If it's just when you start it up, you may have some leaky valve stem seals. Are you certain the smoke is white, or is it maybe a grey color? Grey sounds more likely, as that would mean oil is being burned. Possibly with your turbo as the source.

Your turbo is a Mitsubishi Td04hl, size 13g.
If the seals are bad you could be flooding the exhaust with oil and then on top of that a bad 02 sensor would add to that.
However, you say you're getting white smoke and it smells bad.
Check your coolant level to make sure your engine's head gasket hasn't become compromised and is letting in coolant and burning it (white smoke that smells bad is a typical sign). I sure hope that's not the issue.
Good luck with everything and please keep us posted.

Thanks for the quick replies.
Here's what typically happens when i start my car up. For the first few minutes nothing comes from the tail pipe. After the engine has ran for at least a few minutes, I start to notice come white smoke coming from my tail pipe. When I start driving it's ok for a little bit, but once the engine warms up more, I start to notice the blueish gray smoke when i accelerate, and even when I'm just sitting stopped. And I also have noticed a ton of white smoke coming from my tail pipe as well some of the time. It's a combination of both the white smoke and the blueish gray smoke.
Today I tested it out for about 10 minutes. I started it up, everything was ok, after a few minutes of idling, i notices the white smoke/steam coming out, then i drove if just for a minute or two around the block, i notice the blueish gray smoke when i accelerated and when i was stopped, then i pulled back into my drive and as i stopped the car and got out a cloud of smelly white smoke lingered around my car for a short moment.
There must definitely be moisture in my engine, because i do notice the white sludge on my dipstick..

This is a true sign of a Headgasket problem. Whitesmoke indicates water spilling over into the exhaust because of the failed gasket and oil doing the same indicates the blue smoke. A compression check should confirm this.
