1994 Volvo 850 Turbo ... Whining Noise ...

When vehicle is on acc or cranked this box/module whines continuously until i disconnect it or turn the vehicle off. Also when i disconnect it, it disables my horn and headlights. HELP

I have a '97 855 and not a '94 so I could be missing the obvious, but I haven't seen that type of unit or clip over connector in a Volvo before. Maybe it is part of an aftermarket alarm system? Besides the main cable, are there any other vacuum hoses or wires going in?

Drove all the way to FCP in milford CT from NYC, best drive ever. I needed the motive brake bleeder for myself and customers cars and couldn't wait for the next biz day. Any who i showed this module behind the driver headlight to bill from FCP and even he never saw this before but def confirmed it's a dealer item. He said he'll find out this week for me in regards to the module. FCP new factory is beyond amazing

Has to be factory alarm module of some kind.
