Our car leaks about 100g of refrigerant per year. A few years ago I added a refrigerant to the system that contained a small amount of UV fluorescent dye. Yesterday under UV light I could see signs of a leak around the junction between the low side port (at upper left in image below) and the receiver/dryer.
Has anybody else had a leak at the junction in this area or in a similar area?
Is there an easy way to fix this leak?
Thanks!

You need the spring tool. Have it recycled/pumped down. Pop the spring adapter over top, push it towards the left, hold tight while pulling right side out. Will be two o-rings in there. Replace those two o-rings, clean the hell out of it. Keep under a vac for ~20 minute or longer. Recharge to taste.

That’s a great clean leak find!
Spring adapter is about $10 at your FLAPS
I think that is the black one that goes on there, match the hole in the adapter to the pipe size.
There might be a plastic retainer in there which you can prise (British spelling) out before the adapter goes in.
You will need to loosen the drier can m6 bolt so you get slack and can pull the line about 1cm to pop the line out
No need to replace the drier if you get the job done in a day, Volvo says 24 hours open is okay for just pump down. That being said the Rein receiver drier is a whopping $18 but the removal is.......fun.
Do take a good look at the two soft hoses to see if the need replacing. About $100 each so do it now so you get your recharge to cover all needed repairs.
If you are doing the soft hoses, you can cut them off which also makes the drier removal much easier.
