If money Is tight drop down to 87 octane and just drive with a lighter foot

Same highway speed of70-75, just take an extra few seconds to come up to speed , don’t load the engine as much

Water in gas is old school, it too rare to worry about.

That would be amost everyday. I don't see any leaks at half of a tank, but if it is still leaking I don't want to waste anymore gas than I already have. 135 miles out of 7/8ths of a tank isn't very easy on the wallet when driving over 200 miles a week. Especially with the high test at $2.899/gal the last time I got gas.
Its fixed, move on to the next problem.
