S80 brakes

I just finished rotating the tires on my 2004 S80. I noticed an extra line going to the brake on each wheel. It is thinner than the regular brake line, but i'm not sure what it is. I don't have ABS.

Could it be a parking brake cable on all four wheels?

they made an s80 w/o abs?
