This is so interesting. Can anyone here explain the science behind say the quick condensation cloud between shifts?

The boiling point of a fluid is a function of Temperature and Pressure. You are seeing water in the air flash to a vapor when the pressure in the Intake Manifold goes low. Then back to a liquid when the pressure goes high again.

In physics this is cover by the Ideal Gas Law.

And so the condensation is a byproduct of the Ideal Gas Law also? The vapor condensates when it touches the manifold during the air flashes?

More likely during boost ... high pressure

The reason a radiator is pressurized is to raise the boiling point so the water does not turn into vapor. About the same temperature and pressure as a intake when boosting.
