Check out this great shop in Portland OR....Swedish Relics. He's one of the NW Volvo guys who's been doing it a long time. They do some beautiful work, and sweet engines. He helped author a lot of those tech articles on V Classics (http://www.vclassics.com/archive/index.html).

They are also the keeper of the engine mod recipes from Phil Singher, who is well known for his cylinder heads and engine builds.
