Trunk trim removal?

Post by FatalXCept10n »

How do I remove the trunk trim piece that has the latch opening? Looks like the spare tray needs to come out but I can’t figure that one out either. Any ideas?

Since this post is from July I am sure you figured this out by now. I just did the exact same thing. The side panels as well as the read panel have to be removed. They are removed by pulling them out of their clips. I removed the whole interior except the doors and all are clips except there were two screws. Once the panels are out you have to wrestle out the spare tire trunk plastic pan. There are four plastic clips/screws at the bottom of the four corners of the pan - just pop them off. I took mine out to clean up some water and put down Kilmat Sound Deadening Mat,
