Radio dash lights inop. '06 V70

Anyone know how to replace the bulbs or led's that illuminate the radio/cd controls on a 2006 V70. I have heard that if you remove the radio then you must have it reprogrammed by a Volvo dealer.

Any wisdom on this would be appriciated.

Earlier P2's have about 6 bulbs for radio and climate controls. On my 2001 V70, you have to remove the face plates and trim to remove the radio. The bulbs are easy to replace once the radio is removed. I did not have to reprogram the radio.

Search this forum for details for your year. IPD or FCP had my bulbs. I replaced them all at the same time.
