I don't. It would be interesting to compare those specs to your basic D or K and see if that's what they are. My limited knowledge here is that that there are more modern cam lobe profiles that can outperform the old classic cams. On Alfas, everyone is always frothing over a NOS or not-worn-out set of 60s euro cams, when there are better engineered new cams available.
Cameron at Swedish Relics in Portland might be the guy to ask.
I don't get the lift at .203". That's 5.1mm..... Shouldn't that be in the 11 or 12mm range? Typo? Or am I not understanding the number right?
I just saw this project summary - this guy in Holland essentially remanufactured his 122. Amazing.

My old Haynes manual for 240 Volvo lists:
Overhead cam engines:
1975 B21A lift as 0.39 inch (9.8mm)
1976 up B21A lift as 0.41 inch (10.5mm)
B21E lift as 0.44 inch (11.2mm)
For the overhead valve engines (B20A and B20E) cam lift is not specified.
The ratio for the rocker arm (relative length of valve side and push rod side) will change the actual lift at the valve.

WOW! He really did remanufacture that car.
Check out the photos of the valve train with the valve cover off. The rocker arm has maybe 2:1 ratio so valve opens twice the cam lift.
