You do realize that the the headlights have to come out to get to those bottom clips, right? To do this a few things have to be moved out of the way. It is best to start by unhooking your battery (make sure you have your radio code). The most annoying thing is the hood locks. You don't want to mess their position up so it is recommended that you take a tape measure and measure vertically (how far off the center beam the rubber stop is and write it down...so that you wen you reinstall these, they'll be in the right position...each side might measure differently), then unscrew and put them to the side. After this, you'll need to unscrew the 3 screws that hold the headlight in place and pull them out. The battery is in the way on the driver's side and the vent hose for the ECU on the other side. These can be removed for easier access if needed. Once out, the clips can be taken off just like the upper ones (there are 8 for the bottom vs. 6 for the top, I believe). Hold the glass so you don't drop them. If you have a new rubber gasket, this is a good time to change that as well. Don't touch the silver reflective surface inside the headlights. Guess that's about it. Good luck with this repair.
