I ordered a package of short bolts to attach the bumper to the frame of the car in addition to the long bolts for the bumper support. The short ones were M10 x 1.5 x 20mm with the hex head and those fit into the nut for the long bolts nicely.
So, the length would be 130mm or about 6 inches with the pitch of 1.5 as Chuck W noted. The brackets would need the M10 bolt with a pitch of 1.5 x 130mm in length. Sound about right
Not sure what the online catalog listing or number would be on the McMaster Carr site, but the long bolts I ordered were M14 x 2mm thread x 130mm long.
If the nut for the bolt were not welded onto the bumper bracket, it looks like the M14 would fit, then the appropriate nut and washer would be needed.
The M10 x 1.5 pitch bolt fits the nut when it is part of the bracket. Washers would then be needed.

I haven’t got paperwork back yet but NY is pretty slow with Covid of course.
Let me know if you need more parts.

I am stuck in the North Country! With a new round of Covid cases, curfews were put back in place. Am not traveling too far these days!
Still trying to eliminate a few CEL codes (455, 133, 505) to get the blue 1998 V70 to pass inspection. Just when it is almost ready another code shines its ugly head. Tomorrow I get to drive from one end of the rezz to the other in the hopes that the monitors reach the READY stage and with fingers crossed that my drive is free from law enforcement vehicles!

The problem is the "14mm" confusion. That is the size of the head on the factor bolts. I hate when people refer to fasteners that way.5rivers wrote: ↑29 Nov 2020, 20:10

The factory bolts are flanged hex-head bolts. McMaster doesn't carry any long enough in that style, but standard hex head bolts will work with a washer.
See the link below for the proper M10x130mm bolt.

A bit off topic but just to update a year later: these split rivets did the job going in and a year later look the same and holding fast.erikv11 wrote: ↑25 Oct 2019, 17:02Wish I'd seen this a few days ago! Those are very close to original if not the same, and are a good price.
I need to do a bunch of riveting across the P80 fleet this fall, bought these they are half the price even of the eBay ones but not exactly the same style https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H8 ... UTF8&psc=1. Hopefully they will last.
I know the GM rivets work great in this application since I've bought them from other vendors and used them on the P80s. However I don't know yet about the quality of these ones from Rexka, they haven't arrived yet. Hopefully just fine we will see.

I'm preparing to do the bumper job and contemplating using stainless socket head cap screws. Half the initial strength of the 10.9 hex head cap screws linked above by Chuck, but the 10.9's have a yellow chromate plating which is not as corrosion resistant as the black OEM ones. I'm thinking as they get some rust and pitting on them the strength declines appreciably. The stainless is also going to be a lot more malleable and bend rather than shearing or snapping on impact.

They could be paired with these 2MM thick stainless washers if there is room for their 20MM diameter:
