2001 volvo v70 crank no start

thank you xheart I looked and don't see hose issue but my problem seems to be no voltage at fuse 7 at all also no voltage at a bunch of the fuses in that line. I am considering weather this is just a problem with the fuse block because even with ignition on there is no power in most of th fuses on that side of the block. any thoughts steve
