It got cold again and wouldn’t start until it warmed up outside. Put in a new MAF sensor but hasn’t got super cold outside yet. Ordered a remanufactured throttle body. Also got a new crank position sensor. Hopefully this will fix the issues.

I think the TMAP sensor on the fuel rail has gone bad again. Replaced with this unit October 2019. I pulled the cap off the fuel rail and pushed in the valve, no fuel came out. replaced the TMap sensor still did not fix the problem. So went to replace the crankshaft position sensor and while tightening it the damn bracket broke. So I ordered that part and will be replacing it..... Does anyone have a part number for the wiring harness for the crank sensor plug?

Does the pump even cycle at ig key on ?
Sounds to me like its getting nothing.
Most of these complaints here point at the PEM.

Replaced the PEM 6 months ago. I can hear the pump cycle on.

So I was able to get outside and replace the crankshaft position sensor engine bracket. I had to grind down the tranny slightly to get the bolt out. The car started fine, but it was 40F outside, so not cold. Hopefully, this solves the issue. It almost appeared that the bracket had a bunch of carbon build up on the backside where it's open.

Currently 15F outside went out to see if it would start and no luck. Ran fine all morning and last night, then the cold weather hit. The same issue as before, the motor cranks but does not want to fire. I hear the fuel pump wine like it's building pressure when I turn the key on. I'm going to try and replace the fuel pump relay tomorrow. Running out of ideas here, any help would be appreciated.
currently have replaced
1. Throttle body replaced with a remanufactured unit.
2. Crankshaft sensor engine bracket.
3. Crankshaft sensor.
4. Swapped MAF sensor and reinstalled OEM after no difference.
5. PEM was replaced 6 months ago.
6. Repaced TMAP fuel sensor on the fuel rail.
7. Filled fuel tank with fresh gas full.
8. No check engine lights on.

You will need some diagnostic gear to monitor the fuel pressure during the no start. It has to be at 52 psi, not close, but solid at spec

With the key in POS II, is the dash temperature accurate? When the engine is warming up, does the coolant temp gauge climb steadily ? May also try wiggle a bit the wires to the coolant temp sensor connector, right by the thermostat . I'm assuming the battery is cranking nicely ?
