What other tests can I do to diagnose these failed parts?

Ats sensor resistance can be measured with digital multimeter.Procedure is almost the same like measuring ect(coolant temperature sensor) except it is not dependable on engine temperature,but is dependable on ambient temperature.

Find specs for resistance depending on ambient temperature and measure it.Also...there are plenty videos on youtube for how to check map sensor.

Instead of vacuum pump,you can create a vacuum with your mouth.

Now that you have cleared the codes, see which one(s) come back. If that TPS code comes back that is mighty suspicious ... O2 and MAF codes can be thrown by many things notably various vacuum leaks. A TPS code pretty much always traces back to the sensor itself.

I am no help at all on the MAP/MAF/thermistor questions.

jnitsckke Did you ever find out what the cause of the skipping was? I have a 1997 850 that is doing the same thing and it is mind boggling.
