Possible to add the extra ground clearance from XC to S60?

Passengers have a really hard time getting in and out of my car. It sits so low that the door hits the grass and stops before it's even opened all the way making it impossible to be able to get in or out of the passenger side without pulling away from the curb first. Is there any way to adapt parts the XC to my 2001 S60 to gain extra ground clearance to avoid the above issue? If so, what all parts would be needed to swap over?

Interesting point. The P2 S60 and V70 were indeed cars designed by the 2000's standards with little ground clearance and low cabin seating. There is nothing you can do to the suspension, and there is little you can actually change to the situation. Even if you were able to lift the car by 2 inches, it still sits low to the ground. My actual problem was the car would be difficult to pull from deep snow. What I did is I installed larger tire profile on mine. I have 15in wheels and the normal tire size is 195/65R15. Instead, I run on winter tires 205/70R15. On 15in wheels, this is the maximum tire size (overall diameter and width) that will not rub in turns. You can check here the overall diameter and the difference with the standard tire - divide by two and that gives how much more ground clearance I get (about 1-2 extra inches). I have brand new tires on the car with less than 1,000 miles on them. If I would have thought about it before I would have tried taller tires. I've seen lift kits for the XC 70, which was basically taller/stiffer springs with spacers. I don't think the axles on the S60 can handle any lift without the risk of pulling them apart or damaging them while driving.

My fiance is almost 6 feet tall, and the first time she tried to get in the car she couldn't. I had to lower the seat all the way with the manual adjustments, and lean the seat back for her to keep from hitting her head. That made her even lower to the ground trying to get out, which she has a lot of trouble with standing and walking already. She's getting a power chair to help her move around more easily, but there's no place to put it to take it with us. I don't have a trailer hitch, or anything to carry it on.
