I have an issue with my t5 had an issue with it starting and then cutting out with lots of smoke which I'm sure is because of over fueling . I suspected the maf and unplugged it and car starts fine and runs . after closer inspection it looks like the maf has been replaced with a cheep alternative. I would like to replace it however it appears to have no part numbers . can anyone advise how to get a replacement without spending a fortune on a brand new genuine one . I've looked on eBay but its difficult without a part number .will any one from a similar age car work ? Or can anyone point me in the direction to find a part number .
