Throttle problem

I bought a Ford taunus with a volvo engine swap, the owner told me it's a red block b19et 2.0 turbo (don't know the year). THE PROBLEM: at iddle it runs (not great but I need to adjust the distributor) and sometimes when I try to throttle the engine almost dies
Allso the owner told me that he changed the intake gasket and disconnected the vacuum lines and thinks that he routed them wrong
Can some one give me some info or some vacuum diagrams? Thanks
