02-04 s80 t6: phone removal and front seat removal

Does ANYONE know how to remove the armrest with phone intact? Is there a telephone module (gsm box) somewhere under the dash that I need to remove? If so how do you remove that? Is the gsm module integrated into the dialing keypad module? Are base model s80 prewired for the seat, armrest, and radio telephone setup?
If I salvage the phone, I want to take the seat too for the earphone feature. I do not want the tracks, just the entire seat frame that holds the upholstery. On the p80 and 960/sv90 seats, there are 4 bolts to remove that allows the seat to separate from the tracks. Is that the way the p2 seats are?

I'm not referring to those bolts. That's fine I can deal with the floor bolts just fine. What I want to do with the Volvo s80 seat is separate the seat from the tracks. Here is my example. On the 9 series and p80, there are 2 bolts on both sides of each front seat. Remove these and the seat will lift from the tracks. Notice that I already have the seat out of my car. Does the s80 seat separate the same way?
