Radiator Hose

This hose is buried under left of the air box. Tried to remove the air box but can only semi-stand it up out of the way as the intake manifold is in the way for the lower portion of the box to clear its way out.

Robert's video provided assistance but his being an automatic had a lot more hoses. Purchased the FCP silicone kit but only had time to replace this major hose.

The question is what was Volvo thinking using the plastic section as the 3 hose clamps for the T-section. Hoses were still good but section broke. Had we known this we would just have purchased 3 hose clamps. Perhaps this will help those with low mileage P1's with a coolant leak in that area.

Volvo Hose Picture Courtesy of EEuro. Couldn't find a clear picture of the plastic T-section. Red Arrows; cracked T-Section. Yellow Arrows; where hose clamps can go.
