On the fuel rail. It has a fuel return hose at the rear and a vacuum hose at the front.

Engine control systems LH 2.0 should have fuel pressure 27 to 32 PSI. LH 2.4 and 3.1 should have 32 to 36 PSI. These pressures are with the vacuum hose attached and engine running.
