Re: 850 The pin that attaches the disc to the hub is broken
I have heard some pads can be a bit undersized, causing them to move inside the caliper. Since all your suspension parts are new, you have a real mystery here.

It may com from brake pads. But last year, the issue was the same, and i changed them 2 times... Controls arms are OEM and news, for obvious question of safety. I don't understand anything here. I've just lokked to FCP video on YT, the job i did was correct.

I think I had a similar experience with the pin holding my rotor on the rear wheel... I took some pictures showing how I fixed it: viewtopic.php?t=66917

While you don't need the stud (I replace then with a regular 10mm headed bolt M6? thread) and that is only to make sure the wheel stud holes stay aligned.
If you are feeling the front end move, are you sure it is the brakes?
What are your sub-frame bushes like? Have you replaced the inner and outer tie rods in the steering?
Does your car have Volvo rims correct for your car? Did once have a guy who had an issue like this, but turned out he had fitted the wrong sized rims with too large a center hub diameter.
Check you steering rack is not loose.
Neil.

Salut Neil,
Thanks to you and to all others buddies for the help,
I will check the rims and the all the parts of suspensions again, but as said before, everything is new in OEM. But a other control can't be a bad idea.
The sub-frame bushes are the OEM ones originals ones i mean. A track to explore.
The rims i have :

I read an article in a recent classic car magazine on buying an 850 T5-R or 850R. They warned to watch out for worn front wheel bearings causing issues with steering. Never had that issue as usually by the time they are that bad you will hear them!

When were the brake flex lines last replaced? Sometimes in the motorcycle (crotch rocket) world those lines can heat up and as they deteriorate they will allow the caliper to engage but not to bleed back (disengage.)

Hy wizechatmgr,
An excellent observation: they were originally put in place in... February 1995, I believe. I'd have to replace them, the rubber doesn't age well.
Thanks to you for this idea. I've changed already so much part, i feel a little lost with what remains to do.
