Measure the diameter then google "Bouchon de trou de pare-feu" start going through the results.

Here in the USA, I would measure and go to a well stocked hardware to look for a hole grommet or plug. They are a stock part in many sizes.

While you have the trunk liner out. You might as well shoot it with rust converter.
