Im under 0.6 bar stable pressure...
I already adjusted 2 turns my wastegate rod... Can i do more 2 turns? Will be safe?
Thanks.

I don't know the Euro market 2.0 engines. But if history is a guide: low-pressure turbo, perhaps 7-8 psi. High pressure turbo, around 10-11 psi.
Sorry my numbers are in psi and not bar.
Wastegate turns do not increase boost. Adjusting wastegate can only ever decrease (or increase) the time in which boost appears in the rev range.

It's difficult to know how to respond without knowing the stock factory boost. I think you have the B5204T5 but I can't find the stock boost for it.
Having said that -- and not knowing the whole story -- I'd want my money back if I was getting only 8.5 psi from stage 2 modifications.
What does the tuner say?

Wheel horsepower stock should be in the neighborhood of 140-150, and crank hp is 178 if you have the B204T5. I think that dyno number you got is an extremely optimistic crank hp, unless you feel like it is pulling very strong.
But I don’t think anyone can get 248 hp on less than 10 psi boost.
Stage 0 https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/stage-0/ is a prerequisite for tuning. It describes what to do, and includes looking for and fixing vacuum leaks.
Vacuum leaks are probably the #1 power robbing problem.

I totally agree.
Tuner he did the dyno with his laptop so IF was corrected we are talking for crank hp.
Next month il do a normal dyno test ofc in other tuners to find the truth
248hp on a very hot summer and day like 35C... Idont know...
