Attempted to change the pollen filter. Ehm, no. 😅 Looks like this car has been breathing dirty air all it's life. No wonder the AC doesn't blow cold.

The battery also lost all it's charge yesterday. After running and moving a little, I was unable to start the car again. Bad alternator? Bad battery connections, terminals, etc. ? More and more problems show themselves. 😎
I would check for any draw on the battery. The glove box light is a common one.
You can add the cabin air filter if you want, you just need the frame for it that goes over that intake to the blower motor.

I highly encourage the filter kit. My 850 never had one and the amount of disgusting crud I had to scrape off of the evaporator will give you nightmares. Pics available by request.

You can pull the frame from a V/S70 and fit it to a 850.

Oh i have been too looking for filter thingy.. happened the same. Bought new filter and.. no frame.
