Okay so to pull the glove box I'll have to wait until next weekend, I'm at college for the time and all my tools are at home and a new PCV system is on its way for next weekend with a few extra parts. So I'll wait until then to pull the glove compartment or look at any of the flaps/motors, are the flaps that commonly get stuck the ones attached to the motors? I watched Roberts video on where the motor actuators were so I'm assuming the flaps are just attached there.
As for the 2 temp sensors, when I cleaned them I checked to make sure they spun when I turned the key like I saw in another video online where someone showed how to clean them. They spin when the key is turned on but should I check if they're running constantly?

So correct me if I'm wrong because I've never actually been in here before but is this not where that actuator connects? Could this just be my issue? The connection on the arm itself appears broken as well but this things just completely disconnected (I apologize if the picture does not link correctly, I will put a link in a second post I don't know how to link photos here)

Looks like one of the connectors. I will check tomorrow what the unit connector looks like and post pictures.

Alright so I watched some videos and there is supposed to be a motor attached there, putting 2 and 2 together I'm guessing the previous owner went through a similar struggle and noticed that where the flap attaches to the motor is in fact broken like you said is common.
So then my next question is should I be able to turn that by hand to check if it hasn't gotten stuck without removing the entire dash and could I plug in the motor without attaching it for now to just see if that's what is throwing the codes or are there sensors somewhere to measure where the flap is actually at.
My current goal is kinda just to get the AC to the point where in the summer it would at least cool the car down at a decent rate and blow out heat for me in the winter (it gets cold here in MN)

The answer is you can connect the motor to see if it is working and fixes the issue.
I believe the part is still available, but make sure when you install it that your motor and flap are in the correct positions. The motor itself is one of the easier ones to fit. It slides into a slider and is held in by only one screw.

I just went out to look at it, and the rotary part where the motor attaches is split in half with half of where the motor would slide into being split the entire way down

yeah it would seem that way haha, I think from there I can figure a way to complete that half of the codes, but still curious about the codes from the temp sensors, are they just bad temp sensors then?

Once parts are missing all bets are off in codes. Unless you know the eng8ne management source code you can’t tell what is tested and in what order.

@jreed posted this screen cap from a Haynes manual, it may help with nomenclature.
I'm not able to orient myself under the dash from your picture, but the 200 codes seem to be for two distinct issues.
I'll pull my glovebox in a bit and see if I can figure out which motor is MIA.
All the motors are the same, a trip to a junkyard to harvest a couple wouldn't be a bad idea.
The broken bit is more challenging.
