This week I learned aluminum guttering has been mostly replaced by vinyl guttering. The sections are not compatible. I can still get galvanized guttering in the same shape as aluminum, but would want to paint it. I will change what I have to vinyl.

I took the V70 to the store today and bought home three 10 foot sections of vinyl gutter and all the required fittings. The gutter sections fit inside with all doors closed.

This is about Volvos, not Cords…they went out of fashion in the 1970s

I completed installation of 27 feet of white vinyl gutter today. The drain pipe remains to be installed. I am going to add about 30 feet of drain pipe to direct the water to the north side of the house. With luck, this will stop the occasional water getting in my garage.
