Windshield Washer Tank Hose

Just noticed this hose hanging out from somewhere. I could not figure out where it's from

Check the windshield washer reservoir right by the fill cap, there's a small semicircular clip on the back side. Hose pushes in there. It's an overflow for the tank. See lower right for what it looks like when connected properly.
