Unreadable USB

Hey Guys!I have Volvo Xc60 2010. I download mp3 music in Flash drive. When I hit USB in Menu it write to me Unreadable. What is reason and what solution is? please help me

Check the file system format.
Supports FAT 16 or FAT 32 file system only.
