Timing belt alignment off after timing belt job

Now you mention it, my acc belt shredded and fouled the crank pulley.
It took 2 hours to clean it up.
Later on the crank nut went missing.

On mine it was just after I bought the car, there was a faint squeaking which turned out to be the belt tensioner .
It threw the acc belt , made a real mess. The belt wasn't the culprit.
