Personally I would run the car and see what happens. You could do an early oil and filter change as Misha wisely mentions and have the oil checked so you know what daily driving does. Or, prior to draining the oil, take the car for a good long run and get the engine rally warm, then drain the oil and have it analysed.

Hey,

My guess would be tired injectors. Start simple, run a bottle of techroline through the fuel system and clean things up. It may run a little rough during that tankful but that's because it's doing its job and cleaning up the needles in your injectors.

I bought my V70 last Saturday and the first thing I did was dump a bottle of that stuff in when I filled the car up for the first time on Sunday.
