I rolled the T5 to the airport for a 0615

Runs great on highway at 27 mpg at 55mph, but still has that little skip at float/ idle

Fortunately between harvesting the bones of poor Old Blue, a few things from the stash acquired from a hoarder 2 years ago, and parts on the shelf bought back in Nearly Normal times, I haven't had to buy anything more brutal than brake fluid so far.
Several body parts are in distress now, though - mine, not the car.

Recharged the AC on the workhorse today. Had a bit of a scare since it would not engage but cleared codes and it filled properly. A high pressure cutout warning sometimes goes off while filling and it will stop the compressor from further operation. My theory is that while filling there are spikes due to the compressor turning on and off. Clearing the code and filling lead to icy cold air coming through my vents. Picked up the fuel filter today, will swap it out later this week. The other appears to be original to the car.

Welcome to the forum. Thats a lovely red and, as abscate said, the Perfo wheels look sharp.

car-part.com is a great resource. Hopefully you find a salvage yard with some combination of accurate inventory, helpful staff, safe conditions, and fair prices. When at the yard, remember to pick the obscure, no longer available parts which others might miss.

Took three days but got the rack replaced and working on my 2000 s70 GLT se. Replaced the O2 sensors and that pesky engine mount just above the rack. It was soaked in PS fluid and the rubber was weird. She flipped 276,000 on the test drive :)

Documenting the SAS bung as 18mm x 1.5 thread pitch standard ( not pipe thread)

Also found my loose seat heaters, easily swapped from foam to foam seat.

Thanks for checking that. If you happened to have the pipe in hand, what kind of fitting screwed into the exhaust manifold? I'm trying to thing, what would be the proper way to seal it up, as a straight thread would not do that job by itself. Some sort of tapered seat?

Use an 18 mm x 1.5 oil drain plug with copper face gasket?

Something like this.

I don't remember what I used on my '98, but I tried several drain plugs and they didn't work. I ended up getting a larger bolt from the hardware store and chopping it down some to be able to fit. Wish I could remember the thread size.
