Well , got home , got parking brake snicked in nice , and then had a look at those plugs

😀

New set, problem resolved

My guess is this one guy hit with number 3 valve shrapnel

Yup! Me-thinks that gap is a trifle tight! Glad it seems to have been a simple fix after all your work.
