is it any help to remove front bumper on 2002 V70 to gain better access to condenser? Drop radiator, intercooler and condenser at same time?

If the system is evacuated. Remove the fan and fan shroud. The radiator/intercooler/condensor should come out as a group. I've removed all those parts individually when need be. Just be careful not to bend the condensor lines. I've never had to remove the bumper. You probably have to at least unbolt the radiator to allow room to wiggle the condensor out. Although this would be a good time to drain the radiator, change your coolant, inspect the intercooler pipes for any problems if you're already in there. And of course you're already in the vicinity of the PCV.
