989805 and 989806 bulbs

Hey everyone, I wanna swap out instrument cluster bulbs, including warning lights. I found out, that i need 989805 and 989806 bulbs, and by the bulbs guide 989806 is Osram 2721MF, while 989805 is unknown. Did anyone found an answer for this one ?

Also, can I swap out bulbs without plastic body, just bulbs, as they are much cheaper, then the ones with plastic body.

Nope...they come as a unit.

On S,v,c,xc70...bulbs are replaceable.

hm, but i found 2721 by Osram, which is lamp, without the socket

On 850...only lamps that can be replaced and keep the old socket are main big laps.

Little lamps can only be replaced as a unit(only with socket).

A lot of the other small bulbs used on the dash like the switch illumination can be replaced just as the bulb and fitted into the old holder.

yea, not very nice design. Only replace whole unit, or solder in, somehow, new lamps. I think i'll go with 2721MF for 989806 and MFX for 989805
