vida not connecting

i have a vida dice running on windows 7 pro which i have used successfully many times over the past few years, i went to
use it yesterday and got an error 404 unable to connect to server.
Does anyone know if there has been a change to the vida website or any new patches i should be aware of.

i don't try to connect to the server, just launch it local.

VIDA all in one, right click Run as administrator.
click yes and it should launch to the password page.
